* Every Tuesday we pick up food from the San Antonio Food bank and a few other sources.

* Food and clothing is then distributed from 1-3pm every week. 

* Each week during this time, we also offer free health coaching along with free immigration consultation. 

* We average between 100 and 120 families each week, and approximately 15 percent of those are first time attendees.

* Sort and Distribute Food and Clothing

* Receive and Organize Intake Forms

* Help Carry Boxes to Cars

* Translate Between English and Spanish

* Money to purchase food

* Non-perishable food

* Lightly worn clothing

* Boxes and/or bags for food distribution
